Account Settings

In the top right corner, navigate to the drop-down menu beside your username to access the Settings menu. Here, you can input information related to your account, change your password, view earnings history, define global settings, and more.

Account Settings Lists all the personal or company account details such as the name, address, country, and email.
User Profile This is where you can add your name and contact details.
Change Password If you have signed up using your email, you can change the password here.
Earnings History This page displays the earnings, taxes, and payment status.
Manage Networks This page allows you to manage all adspots and apps associated with different ad networks.
Campaign Filters This is where you can define apps and domains from which ads will not be served for campaigns (promotions and direct deals).
Bank Details This is where you can fill in your bank and tax details.
Adspot Defaults Here, you can change the global settings to exclude certain advertiser categories based on the content provider, brand sector, game type, or app type. You can also disable or enable mature content here.
Manage User  Here, you can add or remove additional users to your account.

First steps after logging in

Here is a list of steps that you are requested to perform when you log in for the first time.

Change your password

When you create a new account with us, you are given a temporary password for use. It is recommended that you change this password on your first sign in.

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Change Password.

  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter and Confirm your new password.
  4. Click Submit and you will be logged out of your account and redirected to the login page.
  5. Log in using your new password.

Update your User Profile

  1. In the Settings menu, choose User Profile.

  2. Enter your name in the field provided. The same name is saved as the bank beneficiary name if you choose this payment method. Kindly note that you cannot change the name once it is saved.
  3. Enter your official email id.
  4. Enter the mobile number. This enables us to contact you if you are unavailable via email or other sources.
  5. Add Messenger and Messenger ID to allow us to contact you in case we cannot reach you via email or phone.
  6. Click Submit to save your changes.

Update your Account Information

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Account Details.

  2. Enter a display name. If you do not enter one, your email address will be saved as the display name.
  3. Add your address.
  4. Choose your country form the drop-down menu. Kindly note that you cannot change the country once it is saved
  5. Click Submit to save your changes.

Update your Payment Information

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Payment Details.

  2. Your user name is displayed as the Beneficiary Name. If you wish to change it, enter a new beneficiary name here which will be saved as your username. Kindly note that you cannot change the name once it is saved.
  3. Choose your country form the drop-down menu. Kindly note that you cannot change the country once it is saved.
  4. Choose a payment method: PayPal or Wire Transfer.
  5. Enter the required information for the chosen payment method. For PayPal, enter your PayPal ID and for Wire Transfer, enter your Account Number, Bank Name, Branch, and IFSC code.
  6. Enter Tax Information such as PAN Card number, Name on Pan Card
  7. Choose to enable or disable Service Tax. If enabled, enter the Service Tax Account Details.
  8. Click Submit to save your changes.

Other Settings

View Your Earnings History

In the Settings menu, choose Earning History.

To view the monthly breakup for a particular year, click the year. The Overall Earnings, Due, Service Tax, Nett, and Payment Status is shown at the bottom.

Manage Campaign Filters

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Campaign Filters.

  2. Add a complete app url or a domain anc click Add to add it to the list of excluded items. All excluded items are displayed in the Excluded Domains / Apps section below.

Manage Global Adspot Defaults

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Adspot Defaults.

  2. In Content Provider, Brand, Games, and Apps, select the Advertiser Categories that you wish to exclude.
  3. In Mature Campaigns, select Yes to allow mature content or select No to block all mature content.
  4. Click Submit to save your changes.

The settings mentioned on this page will override the settings for individual Adspots.

Manage Mediation Partners

  1. In the Settings menu, choose Ad Network Settings.

  2. Enable  to also include statistics related to your accounts for the listed mediation partners.
  3. Click bttn_add_network to add credentials for a mediation partner.

The credentials mentioned on this page will be used for fetching data from your accounts with supported mediation partners. Click Edit Credentials to update the login credentials and keys for your mediation partner account.
